CSE – Communication Skills Evaluation is our online and interpersonal assessment service, specially designed for companies that need to understand the English communication competencies of their candidates.
ā
Often, a person may have a certified English level, but over time they may lose the ability to express themselves clearly in speaking or to handle situations effectively. This service focuses on observing all communicative aspects in addition to the CEFR level identified (A1 A2 B1 B2 C1 C2) .
ā
This is not a traditional English exam, but a real communication evaluation in English (problem solving), with content tailored to the specific job position or task to be performed. The company outlines its needs and objectives, and the evaluation is designed based on these guidelines.
ā
It provides a comprehensive evaluation (not by isolated areas) of the four essential communication skills: Reading, Writing, Listening, and Speaking.
The candidate will receive a PDF report that details their communication performance as percentages in the following areas:
ā
-
Communication Achievement: the ability to fulfill and achieve the communication objectives of the given situations.
ā
-
Linguistic Resources: the appropriate use of vocabulary, grammar, and structures corresponding to the expressed level in all communicative instances.
ā
-
Discourse Management: the ability to organize and articulate ideas with coherence, clarity, and fluency from beginning to end.
ā
-
Content Development: the competence to provide relevant and well-structured information.
Throughout the entire evaluation process, an interlocutor guides and interacts with the participant, adapting the assessment to the corresponding academic or professional field (such as hospitality, management, administration, tour guiding, etc.).
ā
Through different tasks, the candidate must answer personal and thematic questions, organize ideas based on readings and audio materials, engage in discussions with the interlocutor, express well-supported opinions, and produce written texts.
ā
In addition, listening and reading comprehension exercises are included, where the participant is expected to identify main ideas, details, and inferences, and then present and argue their responses orally while interacting with the examiner.
ā
The objective is to assess the ability to communicate clearly, coherently, and effectively in contexts relevant to future professional performance.
ā
ā
ā
ā
This service is based on the international Standards for Educational and Psychological Testing, ensuring technical rigor, fairness, and confidentiality in every assessment process.
